System Titles are the labels used to identify people within Greenius based on their role. This includes equipment-related titles, which appear on completed checklists to show which pieces of equipment a user has been confirmed to operate, as well as system manager titles, which identify administrative users with login access to Greenius. System manager titles can also reflect different access levels, from full access to more limited permissions.
Access & Change System Titles
- In Greenius, navigate to Settings > Company Settings > System Titles
-
Edit Training Checklist Titles: Type your employees' names next to each role (Checklist Supervisor/Crew Leader, Admin Associate, Courses Assigned By) and select employee name from the dropdown.
📖 The Training Checklist Titles are equipment-related titles that appear on completed Training Checklists after a supervisor reviews equipment use with an employee and confirms they know how to operate that piece of equipment.
💡Checklist Supervisor/Crew Leader Tip: If you have more than one person doing these checklists, put a generic title here (i.g. Supervisor/Crew Leader), so one supervisor is not signing under another supervisor's name.
Checklist example labeled below:- Checklist Supervisor/Crew Leader = Green
- Admin Associate = Blue
- Courses Assigned By = Orange
- Employee = Pink
