In Greenius, the Checklist is typically the third and final step to safe certify your employees on a particular course. After employees watch a video and pass the exam, they will go into the field with their supervisor and go through a checklist of items, essentially confirming they know how to use that piece of equipment. In this article, learn how to create a Custom Checklist or edit an existing Checklist, print or bypass a Checklist.

Conduct an In-Field Checklist
Conducting an In-Field Checklist is one of the most important features in Greenius. This review helps make sure key details are accounted for, expectations are clear, and your crew is ready to move forward with confidence, avoiding injury, equipment damage and property damage. Follow the steps below to learn how to correctly conduct an In-Field Checklist. Review the video below to see it in action.
Before conducting an In-Field Checklist, make sure your employee has:
✅ Watched the assigned video associated to the topic
✅ Taken the exam associated to the topic
- Login to Greenius app on your mobile device using the Crew Leaders & Supervisors Login
- On the homepage, tap on FIELD CHECKLISTS
- From the list of employees, tap on the employee you're conducting a Checklist with
- From this list, select a Checklist
- When you and your employee are ready to start this Checklist, click Continue at the bottom.
💡You might notice another employee name on this page - this means that this employee is also ready for this In-Field Checklist as well. You have the option to select this second employee and conduct this Checklist with both employees if you would like, but this is not required. - Click Start Checklist
- With your employee(s), work though the Checklist by checking off each box and tapping the Next >> button.
- When you've reached the end of the Checklist, you will hand the phone over to your employee(s) to have them sign their signature (with their finger) and tap the I accept. button.
- On the next page, you (the Supervisor) will also sign your signature and tap the I accept. button.
- Select YES or NO if you would like to start a new Checklist

Print a Training Checklist
Greenius allows you to print training checklists for employees. If you're seeing a message that says there are no checklists to print, it usually means there are no outstanding checklists for the selected employee or course.
Go to Employee Training > My Employees
Click the employee's name to open their profile.
In the side panel, go to Tasks > Checklist
Select the course checklist you'd like to print.
Use your browser's Print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to print the page.
"No Checklist to Print" — Common Causes
| Cause | Fix |
| The course has no checklist enabled | Go to Settings > Manage Courses and confirm the checklist toggle is ON for the course |
| The employee hasn't completed the exam yet | Checklists only become available after the exam is passed |
| The checklist is already completed | Check the employee's training history to confirm status |
| The employee doesn't have the course assigned | Assign the course first, then check for available checklists |
Skip Training Checklists (Bypass)
If you need to bypass the in-field checklist:
Navigate to Employee Training > My Employees, open the employee.
In the side panel, go to Tasks > Checklist
Click Skip Training Checklists, select the courses, then use Print Bypass Declaration to finalize.
⚠️ Note: Skipping checklists is not recommended, as the in-field evaluation is an important part of the training certification process. If you wish to disable checklists for a course entirely, go to Settings > Manage Courses — but please contact your account manager first, as this may have safety and legal implications.
