How to Complete Training in Greenius

Overview

Once training courses have been assigned, employees will receive instructions via text message, email, or a printed copy. Employees are responsible for completing the first two steps of their training:

  1. Watch the course videos
  2. Complete the associated multiple-choice exams

Training can be accessed through the Greenius App or the Greenius website. The process is nearly identical on both platforms.


 

How to Complete Training in Greenius

Access the Training Portal

  1. Use the training link provided in your instructions, or open the Greenius App for iOS or Android.
  2. If prompted, select your language.
  3. Enter your Training ID, then click Enter

View Assigned Courses

  1. You'll see a list of assigned courses, their due dates, and status.
  2. Click a course or Learning Path to begin.

Begin Training

Click Start Course to watch the training videos and proceed to the exam or click Exam to go directly to the quiz for that course.

Complete the Exam

  1. After watching the videos and answering the questions, your score will display.
    Incorrect answers will be shown in red.
  2. You may click Training Assigned to move to the next course or use the Home button to return to the dashboard.

Next Step: Supervisor Checklist / In-Field Evaluation

Once the video and exam are complete, a Supervisor or Crew Leader must conduct the in-field evaluation using the Greenius Checklist for that course.


 

Troubleshooting Exam Submission & Training Completion Issues

If employees are unable to submit their exam answers, or if training is not registering as complete after the exam, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Exam Won't Submit or Page Not Responding

Step 1: Check Browser and Device

  • Use a supported browser (Chrome is recommended).

  • Clear cache and cookies and try again.

  • Disable ad blockers, pop-up blockers, and browser extensions.

  • Try an incognito/private window.

  • Ensure a stable internet connection — unstable Wi-Fi can interrupt submission.

Step 2: Avoid Multiple Tabs or Sessions

  • Make sure the employee is not logged in on multiple tabs or devices at the same time.

  • Only one session should be active per Training ID.

Step 3: Try a Different Device

  • If using a phone, try a desktop or laptop instead.

  • If using the Greenius app, try the website (or vice versa).

Step 4: Confirm All Questions Are Answered

  • The exam will not submit unless every question has a selected answer.

  • Scroll through all questions to confirm nothing was skipped.

 

Training Not Showing as Complete

If an employee completed the video and exam but their training still shows as incomplete:

  1. Check the Checklist: A course isn't fully complete until the supervisor checklist (in-field evaluation) is done. Go to Employee Training > My Employees, click the employee's name, and check if the checklist is outstanding.

  2. Check Training History: From the employee profile, go to Tasks > Employee Progress > View Training History. This shows all attempts, pass/fail status, and dates.

  3. Verify Exam Score: The employee may not have passed the exam. Check Training History for their score vs. your account's passing threshold.

💡 Tip: If the employee used an individual Training ID during a group training session instead of the Group Training ID, only their personal record would have been updated — not the group's.
