Connect LMN Employees to Greenius

You can quickly connect your LMN employees to their Greenius training IDs with just a few clicks. Most accounts allow you to set this up directly from the Pending Employees page in LMN. However, if your Greenius account existed before LMN or if the setup wasn’t originally completed, you may have employees listed who aren’t yet linked to their LMN accounts. Follow the steps below to connect.

 

Connect LMN Employees to Greenius

  1. Log in to your LMN account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Users & Staff > Manage Users & Staff
  3. On this page, find one of the employees that you know you would like to link their LMN and Greenius accounts together.
    ⚠️ Note: If you do not see this employee, follow these steps in the section below.
  4. On the Manage Users & Staff page, click the employee you would like to link accounts for.
  5. In the popup on the right side, under the Info section, click Set Up Training > Link Existing Greenius Employee
    Don't see this?: Open Greenius > Employee Training > Pending Employees and add this user. 
  6. At the top, you will see this employee's name. Click the circle next to the green "Active" status.
  7. Click Save

✅ This employee's account is now linked between LMN and Greenius.

 

Add Employee

If you do not see the employee you are looking for while following the steps above, they may need to be added. Add an employee with he steps below and then continue with steps above to finish linking employee to Greenius.

  1. Click the green "+" button in the bottom right corner
  2. In the right side popup, under the User Setup tab, drop down the User Type and select Crew Member.
  3. Fill in this user's name and email under the Contact & Sign in Info section.
  4. When finished, click Save.
  5. Continue with steps above.
