Overview

Greenius now allows for the creation of eNPS surveys. eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter Score, and it’s a simple but powerful tool that asks employees to provide a score on a scale of 0 to 10 how likely they are to recommend your company as a place to work.

Based on their responses, employees are categorized as:

Promoters (9–10) Enthusiastic supporters who are likely to stay and encourage others to join.
Passives (7–8) Satisfied but not enthusiastic; they’re vulnerable to disengagement.
Detractors (0–6) Unhappy employees who may harm morale or company reputation.

The eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the % of Detractors from the % of Promoters.

Why it Matters for Training & Culture

Insight Into Training Effectiveness If employees feel unsupported or unclear in their roles, it often reflects in a low eNPS. Tracking eNPS alongside training rollouts can reveal whether your training programs are genuinely helping people feel more confident and valued.
A Pulse Check on Culture Training isn’t just about skills—it’s a cultural signal. When companies invest in development, it shows commitment to growth. A rising eNPS can indicate a stronger, more supportive culture forming as a result of training and communication efforts.
Actionable Feedback Loop eNPS surveys often include a follow-up question: “Why did you give that score?” These comments can uncover cultural gaps, highlight areas of poor communication, or reveal frustration points—many of which can be addressed through better onboarding, training, or team leadership.
Retention and Engagement A strong eNPS typically correlates with better employee engagement and retention. When people feel valued and well-equipped through training, they’re more likely to stay, refer others, and contribute positively.
