Overview
By default, once an employee completes a course, they remain Safe Certified for one year from the date the Checklist is signed off. However, you can recertify training at any time—whether a course has expired or you want to assign a refresher earlier.
Steps to Recertify Employee Training
- Log in to your Greenius account
- Navigate to Employee Training > My Employees
- Locate the employee from the list or utilize the search bar at the top-left to find them by name.
- Click on the employee’s name
- In the sidebar, click Tasks dropdown and select Recertify
- From the list of completed courses, check the boxes next to the courses you want to recertify.
- At the bottom of the screen, set a due date for the reassigned training.
- Click Save & Send Training Instructions to complete the process.
