Recertify Employee Training

Overview

By default, once an employee completes a course, they remain Safe Certified for one year from the date the Checklist is signed off. However, you can recertify training at any time—whether a course has expired or you want to assign a refresher earlier.


 

Steps to Recertify Employee Training

  1. Log in to your Greenius account
  2. Navigate to Employee Training > My Employees
  3. Locate the employee from the list or utilize the search bar at the top-left to find them by name.
  4. Click on the employee’s name
  5. In the sidebar, click Tasks dropdown and select Recertify
  6. From the list of completed courses, check the boxes next to the courses you want to recertify.
  7. At the bottom of the screen, set a due date for the reassigned training.
  8. Click Save & Send Training Instructions to complete the process.
