Update Employee Contact Information

Overview

If you need to update an employee’s email address or phone number—for example, to resend their Training ID—follow the steps below.

 

Steps to Edit Employee Contact Details

  1. Navigate to Employee Training > My Employees
  2. Click on the employee whose contact information needs updating.
  3. Click the Employee Details tab in the top-right corner.
  4. Then click Edit Details
  5. Update the employee’s email address and/or phone number in the corresponding fields.
  6. Click Save & Close to apply the changes.
