Overview
If you need to update an employee’s email address or phone number—for example, to resend their Training ID—follow the steps below.
Steps to Edit Employee Contact Details
- Navigate to Employee Training > My Employees
- Click on the employee whose contact information needs updating.
- Click the Employee Details tab in the top-right corner.
- Then click Edit Details
- Update the employee’s email address and/or phone number in the corresponding fields.
- Click Save & Close to apply the changes.
