Create a New Division

1. Log in to Greenius and click Settings at the bottom-left of your screen.
2. From the Settings menu, select Divisions under the Company Settings section.
3. In the Add New Division field, enter the name of the Division.
   • Optional: Assign a language if your workforce includes multiple languages.
     
4. Click Save. A confirmation message ("Division Created Successfully") will briefly appear.

Mandate Courses to Divisions

1. From the Settings menu, click Training Mandates
2. Click Create New Mandate
   
3. In the dropdown menu, select the Division you want to mandate Learning Paths and courses to.
   • All selected will automatically be assigned to new employees added to this Division.
   • You can update these selections at any time.
4. From the course list, check the boxes next to the required Learning Paths and courses for this Division.
   
5. Click Save Mandate
   

✅ You’ve successfully created a Training Mandate for your Division. Repeat these steps to configure additional Divisions as needed.
