Reset Your Manager Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your Manager account login credentials through the Greenius website or mobile app.

Self-Service Password Reset

  1. Go to the Manager Sign In screen on the Greenius website or mobile app.
  2. Below the login fields, click Forgot Password
  3. Provide your Greenius Username and Email Address, then click Enter.
    ⚠️ Note: If you don’t remember your username, please contact Greenius Support for assistance.
  4. Open your email inbox for a message from info@gogreenius.com (check your spam folder if not visible). Click the Reset Password button in the email.
  5. Follow the prompt to set a new password. Your new password must include:
    • One uppercase letter
    • One lowercase letter
    • One number
    • One special character (e.g., @$!%*?&)

 

Admin-Assisted Password Reset

Top Admins can reset passwords for other Managers. To assist a Manager:

  1. Log in to your Greenius account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Managers
  3. Select the appropriate Manager, then click the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Go to the Login Information tab.
  5. Toggle Change Password to ON and enter a new password for the Manager.
