If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your Manager account login credentials through the Greenius website or mobile app.

Self-Service Password Reset
- Go to the Manager Sign In screen on the Greenius website or mobile app.
- Below the login fields, click Forgot Password
- Provide your Greenius Username and Email Address, then click Enter.
⚠️ Note: If you don’t remember your username, please contact Greenius Support for assistance. - Open your email inbox for a message from info@gogreenius.com (check your spam folder if not visible). Click the Reset Password button in the email.
- Follow the prompt to set a new password. Your new password must include:
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character (e.g., @$!%*?&)
Admin-Assisted Password Reset
Top Admins can reset passwords for other Managers. To assist a Manager:
- Log in to your Greenius account
- Navigate to Settings > Managers
- Select the appropriate Manager, then click the pencil icon to edit.
- Go to the Login Information tab.
- Toggle Change Password to ON and enter a new password for the Manager.
