Assigning Learning Paths to Employees

Overview

Once you've created a Learning Path, you can assign it to employees to guide their training in a structured and sequential manner. This guide walks you through assigning Learning Paths and setting optional rewards.

 

Step-by-Step: Assign a Learning Path

  1. Log in to your Greenius account.
  2. Click on Training Library > Learning Paths.
  3. Click on the Learning Path you wish to assign.
  4. In the pop-out menu, select Add Employees.
  5. Check the boxes next to the employees you want to assign the Learning Path to.
  6. Click Add Settings to continue.
  7. Set Training Options:

    • Select a due date for the training
    ⚠️ Note: This will default to the original time limit set during Learning Path creation, but you can override it.
    • Add a Reward (Optional) 
    💡 You can specify an incentive such as a gift card, new work boots, or a wage increase. This is a great way to motivate completion.
  8. When all details are confirmed, click Finish Setup.

The Learning Path is now assigned and ready for employee training. ✅
