Overview

Need a reliable way to distribute policies, onboarding forms, or reference materials across your team? With the Documents Library—introduced in the 2024.02 update—you can upload, organize, and manage company documents that your employees and managers can access anytime, from anywhere.

 

Accessing the Documents Library

For Administrators and Managers

  1. Log in to your Greenius account.
  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Training Library > Documents Library

Here, you can:

  • Add Folders: Add folders and upload files by using the green "+" plus icon
  • Rename Folders: Rename folders using the pencil icon
  • Employee Visibility: Toggle employee visibility ON or OFF by using the toggle
  • Delete Files or Folders: Delete files or folders as needed using the trash bin icon

All manager permission levels in Greenius have access to the Documents Library and its management features.

For Employees

Employees can access shared files by logging in to their training profile and clicking on Company Documents.

⚠️ They will only see documents toggled visible by a manager or administrator.

Supported File Formats

The Documents Library currently supports the following file types:

  • PDF
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • DOCX
  • RTF
 ⚠️ Note: Documents uploaded in one branch will be visible to all branches within the account.
