Follow this guide to learn how to restore an inactive employee. Perhaps this employee was laid off for a season, but has returned to work. This can be helpful, as their training data is retained and will remain in tact when they added back to the system.
How to Restore Employees
Step 1: Log in to Greenius and click on > Employee Training > My Employees
Step 2: From here, you will see your list of Inactive Employees. Simply click on the green Activate button next to the required employees name. You can also use the search bar at the right to find a specific employee, if needed.
Step 3: Click the green Activate Employee button on the pop up window that appears
Step 4: The employee is now successfully reactivated and all of their training history will be restored!
