If you have forgotten your password as a Greenius Manager, please follow the steps outlined below:
Forgot Password
Step 1: Start by going to the Manager Sign In on the Greenius website or mobile app.
Step 2: Click Forgot Password under where you would enter your log-in credentials.
Step 3: Fill in your Greenius Username and Email Address under the required fields > Enter
Note: If you do not remember your username, you will have to contact Greenius Support
Step 4: Log in to the email account that you have entered in Step 3. From here, you should have an email in your inbox from info@gogreenius.com (please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox). This email will contain a RESET PASSWORD button. Click this button and reset your password as prompted (must contain one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character (@$!%*?&).
Of note - top admins within your Greenius account can also reset passwords.
If you have a manager struggling to get into their account, you can aid them by logging into your own Greenius account and navigating to "managers" under settings.
From there, simply select the manager that needs to update their password, click the pencil icon and go to "Login Information".
Hit the toggle so "change password" is on, and create a new password for them. Once they are successfully logged back into their account, advise them to create a new password for themselves utilizing the same steps.
Now you are back and ready to train!
