Manager & Company Report Emails

Introduction

Manager emails are sent weekly to give updates on Employee’s training progress.  Follow this guide to turn those emails on or off.    

 

How to Toggle Manager Emails On or Off.  

 

Step 1.  Go to Settings > Managers and choose the Edit button for the manager you want to change.  

 

Step 2.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the Weekly Email options.  If the Manager is set up as a Full Admin Access they will have 2 options, Weekly Company Email and Weekly Manager Email.  The Weekly Company Email will show all employees and not just the employees they are managing.  The Weekly Manager Email will show only the employees that the Manager has assigned.  You can choose to Toggle the emails to on to receive the emails or off to not receive the weekly emails.  

 

 

How to Toggle off ALL Manager’s Weekly emails

You can now turn on or off your weekly Manager emails for all Managers at once. 

 

1. Start by navigating to your Settings and clicking on Details. From your company settings page click, Recert & Exam

 

2. You can choose Yes for all Managers to receive emails.  This will allow all managers to receive emails.  You can also choose No to turn the emails off for all Managers.  Note:  If you turn this flag to No it will turn all Manager emails off, however you can still go back and choose select specific managers to receive the emails in Settings >Managers if you wish.
