Creating a Crew for the Greenius App from a Desktop.

Introduction

Setting up a Crew for your Supervisors will help them conduct Checklists, Tailgate Talks and Reviews more efficiently. Anyone logging into the app without a Crew set up, will still be able to do all of these things - They will just need to go the extra step of searching the company directory for their crew members each time. When a crew is created, they will all show up in a list without the need to search the entire company. 

As an example, see below for app views of a manager without a crew set up, vs a manager that does have a crew set up:

Setting Up A Crew 

Step 1: To set up a crew for a Manager, start by click on your Settings Tab. Next click on Crews under the Company Settings heading.

Step 2: Click on the big Green + button at the bottom right of the page to create a new crew. Note you can also edit an existing crew from this page.

Step 3: Enter a name for this crew. From the dropdown menus, select the branch and the manager you wish to set this crew up for.  Click Next to proceed to the next page.

Step 4: Lastly, select the employees you wish to add to this crew. Note employees can only belong to one crew at a time. If a different manager is working with a particular employee at any given time, they can temporarily add them to their app view by using the company directory. Click Create to finish setting up your crew.
